Terms of Use

Effective September 8, 2026

These terms govern use of OpenClose. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and only for activities you are authorized to manage or join.

Operational tool

OpenClose records checklist activity and issue reports. It does not replace workplace supervision, safety procedures, legal compliance, emergency response, payroll, or professional advice. Managers remain responsible for their procedures and access decisions.

Your content

You retain responsibility for activity names, checklist text, issue descriptions, photos, and other content you submit. You must have permission to upload that content and must not submit unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive material.

Access and security

Keep Activity Codes and PINs within the intended team. Managers may remove a member from an activity. We may limit abusive or unlawful use that threatens the service or other users.

Subscriptions

If OpenClose Pro is offered, the purchase screen displays the current price and billing period before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings and restore eligible purchases in the app.

Availability

We aim to keep OpenClose reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every record will always be available. Maintain any separate records required by your workplace or law.

Apple terms

For iOS distribution, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

Features and these terms may change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
